AEGISLY VPN (“AEGISLY”, “we”, “our”, or “the App”) respects your privacy. This policy explains information processed when you use AEGISLY VPN and related services.
If you create an account, we may process your name, email address, authentication credentials and account identifiers. Credentials are transmitted to our authentication service over HTTPS. If you use Sign in with Google, a Google ID token is sent to our authentication service to authenticate your account. Guest access may also be available.
AEGISLY uses VPN technology, including WireGuard-based connectivity, to establish an encrypted tunnel between your device and the selected VPN server. Technical information necessary to establish, maintain, secure and troubleshoot the service may be processed, including IP address, selected server, connection status, session-related technical information and VPN provisioning information.
AEGISLY does not use VPN traffic to inject advertising into, modify, or manipulate traffic from other applications.
AEGISLY is a free application and uses Google Mobile Ads (Google AdMob), including banner and rewarded advertisements. The Google Mobile Ads SDK may process information for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention, including IP address, app/ad interactions, diagnostic information and device-related advertising identifiers depending on device settings, applicable law and Google's practices.
AEGISLY may use Cloudflare network services for connection and performance measurements such as download speed, upload speed, latency and network metadata.
If you voluntarily report a problem, we may process information you submit, such as the message, issue category, relevant server identifier and account information necessary to process the request.
Information may be used to authenticate accounts, provide VPN connections, provision servers, operate free VPN sessions, display and verify advertisements, prevent abuse and fraud, diagnose technical problems, respond to support requests, maintain the service and comply with applicable legal requirements.
AEGISLY uses third-party technologies that may process information under their own privacy policies, including Google Mobile Ads/AdMob, Google Identity Services, Google Play Services, Cloudflare and WireGuard technology.
We do not sell personal information. Information may be disclosed to service providers when necessary to operate authentication, advertising, VPN infrastructure, network testing, security and related technical services, or when required by applicable law.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. Communications with our application services use encrypted HTTPS where applicable, and VPN connectivity is designed to encrypt data between the device and VPN tunnel endpoint.
Account and service-related information is retained only as reasonably necessary to provide and secure the service, resolve disputes, meet operational requirements and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Registered users may request deletion of their account and associated data. Account deletion is available within the App. A web deletion resource is also available at https://aegislyvpn.tech/delete-account.
AEGISLY VPN is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.
AEGISLY and its service providers may operate infrastructure in different countries. Information may therefore be processed outside your country of residence, subject to applicable data-protection requirements.
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction or deletion of personal information.
We may update this policy when the App, services, technologies or legal requirements change. The current version will be published with an updated date.

AEGISLY requires Android VpnService because the App's core function is to provide an encrypted VPN connection. A separate disclosure is shown in the App before the first VPN permission request.
